Product Details


Application of communication cables: mainly used for transmitting audio, analog signals of 150kHz and below, and digital signals of 2048kbit/s and below. Under certain conditions, it can also be used to transmit digital signals above 2048 kbit/s. Suitable for overhead or pipeline laying in urban, suburban, and local areas, and can also be directly buried.

Performance of communication cables:

1. DC resistance: 20 ℃, 0.4mm copper wire, less than or equal to 148 Ω/km, 0.5mm copper wire, less than or equal to 95 Ω/km.

2. Insulation electrical strength: no breakdown between conductors at 1kV for 1 minute and no breakdown between conductors and shields at 3kV for 1 minute.

3. Insulation resistance: Each core wire is grounded to the rest of the wire cores, with HYA cables exceeding 10000M Ω· km and HYAT cables exceeding 3000M Ω· km.

4. Working capacitance: average value of 52 ± 2nF/km.

5. Remote crosstalk defense: The average combined power at 150kHz is greater than 69dB/km.

Wire: Annealed bare copper wire with diameters of 0.32, 0.40, 0.50, 0.60, 0.70, 0.80, 0.90mm.

Insulation material: high-density polyethylene, medium density polyethylene or polypropylene, and the color of the insulation wire meets the full chromatographic standard.

Insulated wire pair: Two insulated wires of different colors are twisted into pairs at different pitches, and a specified chromatographic combination is used.

Cable core structure: Based on 25 pairs as the basic unit, cables with more than 25 pairs are combined by unit, and each unit is wrapped with a designated chromatographic cable tie for identification. 100 pairs or more of cables are equipped with 1% reserve wire pairs, but not more than 6 pairs.

Cable core wrapping tape: The cable core is wrapped with polyester film tape.

Shielding: Use a 0.2mm thick double-sided coated aluminum strip with embossed (or non embossed) longitudinal wrapping outside the cable core wrapping tape, and bond at the overlap.

Sheath: Black low-density polyethylene. Double sheathed cables are available.
