The main body of this weather resistance testing machine is made of stainless steel plate, with an environmental testing chamber covered with high-density polyurethane sandwich color panels. It is equipped with a cold air unit, a hot air unit, and a spray device to simulate the natural environment of high temperature (up to 75 ℃), low temperature (up to -25 ℃), water spraying, and drying in a cyclic manner; Two external insulation system specimens are loaded onto the test frame on both sides; When conducting tests on two sides of the specimen, the other two sides of the specimen should be coated and cured; After testing one set of specimens, flip them over and test another set.

The computer monitoring system of this weather resistance testing machine adopts the advanced distributed control system (DCS) structure, with a Windows Xp system structure computer as the upper computer and a PLC programmable controller as the lower computer. It has the functions of fully automatic collection of temperature and humidity signals at various points, automatic control of the hot rain cycle and hot cold cycle testing process, display and recording of temperature and humidity curves, etc.
