4、 Experimental steps of SGBS-2 gypsum mortar water retention rate tester for plastering:
1. Turn off the work switch; Turn on the power and start the vacuum pump to work. Adjust the regulating valve to maintain the pressure at0.06MPa
2Cut a medium speed qualitative filter paper according to the inner diameter of the cloth funnel, lay it on the bottom of the funnel, and wet it with water. Place the cloth funnel on the filter bottle, turn on the vacuum pump, filter for one minute, remove the cloth funnel, wipe off the remaining water at the bottom with filter paper, and weigh (G1) to the nearest 0.1 grams.
3. Use gypsum slurry with standard diffusion water consumption and place it into a weighed cloth funnel. Use a T-shaped scraper to vertically rotate and level the funnel, keeping the slurry thickness within the range of (10 ± 0.5) mm. Wipe off the residual gypsum slurry on the inner wall of the cloth funnel and weigh it (G2) to the nearest 0.1 grams. The time interval from the completion of mixing to the completion of weighing should not exceed 5 minutes.
4. Place the weighed cloth funnel onto the filter bottle and turn on the work switch. Adjust the negative pressure to (0.06 ± 0.004) MPa within thirty seconds. Filter for 20 minutes, then remove the funnel and wipe off the residual water at the bottom with filter paper. Weigh (G3) with an accuracy of 0.1 grams.
