I. Overview

HBY-30、 The 64 type constant temperature water maintenance box is modified based on the original, and the improved maintenance box has the advantages of more uniform temperature, less temperature difference, and no dripping from the top of the box. The product is designed and manufactured according to the new national standards for the curing requirements of cement, concrete, and cement products. It is suitable for cement plants, construction units, highway and bridge engineering units, and relevant scientific research and quality inspection departments to perform standard curing for the strength and setting time of cement, concrete, and cement product samples.

3、 Structure and Principle

1. The box is composed of inner, middle, and outer layers. The inner liner is welded with stainless steel, and the outer shell is formed by bending high-quality cold-rolled steel plates. The middle layer is insulated with polyester foam material. Built in stainless steel rack, divided into 30 and 60 small workshops, each workshop can hold 1 set of 4 * 4 * 16 test blocks.

2. The temperature control adopts integrated circuits with dual temperature settings for upper and lower temperatures, which can control the temperature.

3. The refrigeration system adopts a compressor, a tube coil evaporator, and a U-shaped stainless steel electric heating tube for heating. There are 8 fans inside the box to force cold and hot exchange, reducing the temperature difference and improving uniformity.

4. Working principle

When the temperature inside the box is higher than the set temperature, the temperature controller controls the cooling, and the temperature controller controls the heating system to work, repeatedly cycling to control the temperature within the set temperature range. In order to avoid frequent operation of the thermostat relay, the temperature is set at an upper limit of 21 ℃ and a lower limit of 19 ℃ before leaving the factory, so that the relay's operating range varies within ± 1 ℃.

4、 Instructions for use

1. Place the instrument in a ventilated and dry environment, facing away from the wall by more than 50 centimeters. Place it steadily and check if the door switch is flexible (install a 220V, 1.5KW voltage regulator at the front of the maintenance box).

2. Add water to the drawer to the appropriate level (the test block should be fully immersed in water).

3. Insert the plug into a 220V socket with good grounding.

4. Adjust the temperature controller button to set the desired value.

5. Press the power button, and the instrument will immediately enter the working state.

5、 Precautions

1. The instrument should be placed steadily and grounded reliably.

2. The water inside the box must not be cut off during work.

3. The instrument operates at a set temperature of ± 1 ℃ without any malfunction.

4. When the power fluctuation exceeds ± 10%, a voltage regulator should be used.

5. Under no circumstances should the instrument tilt more than 45 degrees.

Troubleshooting of Six Malfunctions

1. The power indicator light is not on, indicating that the power supply has not entered the instrument. After confirming that the external power supply is normal, check if the switch is intact.

2. If the low temperature heating indicator light inside the box does not light up, check whether the contactor has electricity or whether the contactor contacts are burned. If the indicator light is on but the temperature inside the box is very low, it indicates that the heating tube is broken.

3. The high temperature cooling indicator light inside the box is not on. Check if the wiring between the temperature controller and the cooling system is disconnected. If the indicator light is on, check whether the overload protector starter is intact. If it is normal, replace the compressor if it is broken.

4. There is a large temperature difference inside the box. Check if the machine is working. If the cooling indicator light is on but the fan is not working, the fan is damaged. Through the above inspection, except for the refrigeration system malfunction that needs to be sent to the maintenance department for repair, all other malfunctions can be repaired by oneself.

5. The warranty period of this product is six months.
