HRY6 sheathed electric heater consists of a heating core and a sheath. The heating core uses high-temperature resistant alloy electric heating wire as the heat source, high-temperature resistant ceramic as the insulation medium, and the sheath is made of cold drawn seamless steel pipe or stainless steel.

HRY6 sheathed electric heater Introduction:

1. It adopts the form of multiple U-shaped electric heating elements with multiple special-shaped sheaths, which has a large heat dissipation area, fast heat transfer, and long service life. Features such as easy replacement and maintenance.
2. Due to the use of multiple U-shaped electric heating elements with multiple special-shaped sheaths, if one electric heating element is damaged, only the damaged element needs to be replaced without replacing the entire heating source, greatly reducing the subsequent investment of the user.
3. The surface load design can be determined according to customer needs, with a standard surface load design of 0.7 watts per square centimeter.
4. The sheathed tubular electric heater can be equipped with liquid expansion temperature controller, manual reset, AC contactor and other electrical equipment. If the heater needs to have temperature control function, only the temperature control device needs to be installed. When customers order, add the letter "T" after the model number; If automatic constant temperature function is required, the heater should be equipped with a temperature controller and contactor, and the letter "TH" should be added after the model when ordering.
5. Allowable error of working voltage: not greater than 1.1 times its rated value. The casing should be grounded.
6. Working environment: The relative humidity should not exceed 95%, and there should be no explosive, flammable, or corrosive gases.
