Zerui Test Instrument High and Low Temperature Constant Temperature Water Bath Usage Method:

When using for the first time, remove the top cover and add water or antifreeze until 3cm away from the top cover opening.
2. Connect the external experimental equipment that needs to be cooled and connect the inlet of the external experimental equipment that needs to be cooled to the outlet of the low-temperature constant temperature bath. Then connect the inlet and outlet of the external experimental equipment that needs to be cooled to the inlet of the low-temperature constant temperature bath. It is best to use insulated hoses to connect the water pipes. At this time, the circulation system is a closed system.
3. If it is only used to cool the sample, the sample can be directly placed in the water tank by connecting the outlet and inlet of the low-temperature constant temperature bath. The upper opening is the circulating liquid outlet, and the lower opening is the circulating liquid inlet, which is also a water outlet.
4. It is strictly prohibited to turn on heating when the coolant in the tank is flammable or explosive.
5. When controlling below 35 ℃, if the temperature control requirements are not high, simply turn on the cooling switch and turn off the heating switch to set the cooling return temperature DN to -0.2 ℃ and UP to 0.2 ℃. Temperature control is achieved by starting and stopping the compressor. If the temperature control requirements are high, turn on the cooling and heating switches at the same time to lower the temperature and set the cooling return difference DN to -10 ℃. The compressor will continue to work continuously and achieve precise temperature control through heating compensation. This method is generally used when the temperature fluctuation is 0.2 ℃.
When the temperature is above 35 ℃, simply turn on the heating switch and turn off the cooling switch.
