Product Introduction

The water content in liquid media is an important measurement indicator for industries such as petrochemicals, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. The usual online measurement principles, such as specific gravity, microwave, shortwave absorption, traditional capacitance, etc., are difficult to achieve sensitivity below 1000ppm. Measuring trace amounts of water in high-purity materials requires a more sensitive measurement method. Among all measurement methods, capacitive sensors have advantages in design flexibility, stability, signal-to-noise ratio, and system integration. The MFM capacitance and complex impedance analysis technology has been maturely applied in various fields of the chemical and petrochemical industries. The rigorous calculation results are fed back into the algorithm, and the unique floating electrode design enables the MFM4000Ex series products to not only accurately measure the moisture content in specific media with PPM level moisture content, but also to achieve stable and accurate measurement of the moisture content of oil products in a wide range (1% -99%).
