High precision liquid phase trace moisture analyzer
Product Introduction
The water content in liquid media is an important measurement indicator for industries such as petrochemicals, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. The usual online measurement principles, such as specific gravity, microwave, shortwave absorption, traditional capacitance, etc., are difficult to achieve sensitivity below 1000ppm. Measuring trace amounts of water in high-purity materials requires a more sensitive measurement method. Among all measurement methods, capacitive sensors have advantages in design flexibility, stability, signal-to-noise ratio, and system integration. The MFM capacitance and complex impedance analysis technology has been maturely applied in various fields of the chemical and petrochemical industries. The rigorous calculation results are fed back into the algorithm, and the unique floating electrode design enables the MFM4000Ex series products to not only accurately measure the moisture content in specific media with PPM level moisture content, but also to achieve stable and accurate measurement of the moisture content of oil products in a wide range (1% -99%). In PPM level moisture content measurement scenarios, the circuit needs to achieve single digit aF level accuracy. It is important to note that ultra-high precision capacitance measurement circuits can result in inaccurate measurement data due to changes in ambient temperature and subtle sensor deformations. The MFM4000Ex series adopts a fully digital demodulation circuit, ensuring ultra-high measurement accuracy while greatly reducing the baseline drift caused by temperature. The capacitance sensor selects an extremely stable crystal and ring metal structure to ensure the stability of the sensor during use. It is precisely because of the stable and accurate measurement methods of the MFM4000Ex series that it can be used as a process control feedback signal in chemical plants. The water content in common crude oil may vary within a wide range (1% -99%), which is difficult in this situationThe point is the non-linear relationship between the increase in moisture content and the change in capacitance value, and the higher the moisture content, the higher the capacitance valueThe smaller the change, the lower the response measurement method often causes significant errors. We studied the relationship between various sizes and specifications of lining materials and the measured capacitance under the same moisture content conditions in the simulation laboratory, and repeatedly verified the reliability of the simulation results under laboratory conditions. The MFM4000Ex series has ultra-high response performance and accuracy, which can accurately capture the instantaneous changes in signalsTransform and display the true moisture content.
