Product Introduction
The membrane with a pore size of 0.1um inside the liquid barrier retains ultrafine dust, demonstrating excellent purification ability.To prevent defects in sample pretreatment equipment (dehumidifiers, peristaltic pumps, filters, etc.) from causing damage to the analyzer, the liquid barrier is directly installed on the inlet pipe of the gas analyzer.The semi permeable membrane with coating inside the barrier separates the sample gas from the polymer and dust to protect the analyzer. If the membrane is completely covered by polymer and dust, and the airflow is interrupted,The alarm system installed on the flowmeter emits an alarm signal.

Installation method

Application example:
1、 Smoke analysis
Advantage: The liquid barrier protects the analyzer when the refrigeration and dehumidification system (dehumidifier, peristaltic pump) fails. Additional liquid barriers protect the vacuum pump.
2、 TOC measurement
Advantage: The liquid barrier protects the analyzer when the refrigeration and dehumidification system (dehumidifier, peristaltic pump) fails
3、 Washing and adsorption system
Advantage: The liquid barrier protects the analyzer from water damage when the drainage system is blocked.
