working principleUsing the principle of critical angle detection, the light emitted from the LED passes through a prism and undergoes refraction and reflection at the interface between the prism and the phosphoric acid solution. When the incident angle is greater than the critical angle, the light is refracted into the solution, while the light below the critical angle is reflected back to the prism and received by a high-resolution CCD sensor above the prism. Due to the different refractive indices of phosphoric acid solutions of different concentrations, the critical angle varies. The CCD sensor calculates the concentration value of the phosphoric acid solution based on the changes in the brightness and darkness of the received light through a microprocessor.
instrument structureFor a split structure, the instrument CPU and main circuit board are separated from the optical part, which makes the system more resistant to high temperatures and vibrations. The sensor part is made of PTFE material, with a temperature resistance of up to 150 ℃, which can meet the requirements of the chemical and semiconductor industries.
