  • working principleBased on critical angle total reflection measurement technology. The light from the LED passes through the prism and undergoes reflection and refraction at the interface between the prism and the saline solution. When the incident angle of the light is greater than the critical angle, the light refracts into the solution, while the light below the critical angle is reflected back to the prism and received by the CCD sensor above the prism. Due to the different refractive indices of saline solutions of different concentrations, the critical angle also changes accordingly. The CCD sensor calculates the concentration value of the saline solution through a microprocessor based on the changes in the brightness and darkness of the received light.
