  • working principleBased on critical angle total reflection measurement technology. LED light passes through a prism and undergoes reflection and refraction at the interface between the prism and the saline solution. When the incident angle is greater than the critical angle, the light refracts into the solution, while when it is less than the critical angle, it reflects back into the prism and is received by the CCD sensor. The refractive index of different concentrations of saltwater varies, and the critical angle also changes accordingly. The CCD sensor calculates the saltwater concentration value based on the changes in the light and dark areas through a microprocessor.

  • Technical SpecificationsThe measurement range is 0.0-350.0g/L, the resolution can reach ± 1g/L, the temperature resolution is 0.1 ℃, the working temperature range is -20-150 ℃, the pressure bearing capacity is 2MPa, the protection level is NEMA 4X (IP65), the output signal is 4-20mA, and the concentration measurement accuracy is ± 0.1%.
