working principleBased on critical angle total reflection measurement technology. The light from the LED passes through the prism and undergoes reflection and refraction at the interface between the prism and hydrochloric acid solution. When the light passes through the working surface at an angle greater than the critical angle, it is refracted into the hydrochloric acid solution, while the light below the critical angle is reflected to the other reflective surface of the prism and passes through the prism to reach the CCD linear array group and is scanned. When the refractive index of hydrochloric acid solution changes, the critical angle will also change accordingly, which will change the ratio of light/dark time. This change can be detected by CCD, processed and strengthened, and displayed in the form of concentration values.
