1.Integrated water purifier

The integrated water purifier is the culmination of the essence of flocculation, sedimentation, sewage discharge, backwashing, water collection filtration and other processes. It is a series of water purification devices that can achieve the full automatic operation of a single unit without personnel operation. It is an important unit to realize the automatic management of the water plant. Coupled with the JY automatic dosing device and disinfection equipment produced by the company, it can become a water purification station (plant) with a full set of functions. This series of water purification devices not only has a wide range of applications, good treatment effects, and excellent effluent quality, but also consumes less water, consumes less power, occupies a small area in Fujian, saves electricity, water, and labor, and can be a new energy-saving product that eliminates the need for auxiliary pumps and facilities.

2.Mechanical (multi-media) filters, activated carbon filters

Conventional deep well water, surface water, groundwater, and river water all have excessive levels of iron, manganese, arsenic, fluoride, suspended solids, organic matter, odor, turbidity, and chromaticity, which exist in the water in the form of ion dissolution, particles, or floating. 3.Microfiltration membrane MF, ultrafiltration membrane UF, nanofiltration membrane NF, and reverse osmosis membrane RO filtration

Membrane filtration principle: Apply a pressure higher than the natural osmotic pressure on one side of the concentrated solution, reverse the natural osmotic direction, and press the solvent (water) in the concentrated solution into the dilute solution on the other side of the semi permeable membrane. This is the opposite of the natural osmotic process. This phenomenon indicates that when the pressure applied to the saltwater side exceeds the osmotic pressure of water, a semi permeable membrane device can be used to obtain fresh water from saltwater. Membrane separation technology is a method of separating solutes and solvents using membrane principles. Membrane separation technology can separate solutes and water at room temperature without phase change, and is also suitable for separating and concentrating thermosensitive substances. Compared with separation methods that undergo phase change, it has lower energy consumption;

The system is divided into microfiltration membrane MF, ultrafiltration membrane UF, nanofiltration membrane NF, and reverse osmosis membrane RO filtration according to the size of the filter aperture. The filtration process adds corresponding filtration pressure according to different filtration levels and forms the following filtration modes:

★★★ When water molecules, ions, partial chromaticity, and impurities with a diameter less than 0.22um pass through the microfiltration membrane MF, the water quality of Puzhao Tong tap water is achieved.

★★★ When water molecules, ions, 40% pigments, and impurities less than 5000-100000 daltons pass through the ultrafiltration NF membrane, it meets the standards of high-quality tap water, mineral water, etc.

★★★ When water molecules, 30% ions, 5% pigments, and impurities with molecular weights less than 100-300 pass through the sodium filtration NF membrane, it meets the standards of high-quality direct drinking water and fresh water.

★★★ When water molecules, ions, and impurities with a molecular weight of 2% or less than 100 molecules pass through the reverse osmosis RO membrane, it meets the standards of bottled water, direct drinking water, and fresh water.
