Real time monitoring and display

Real time triggering of detection signals, the host dynamically displays the SF6 concentration and oxygen content values of each gas transmitter. When the SF6 concentration exceeds 1000ppm or the oxygen content is below 18.0%, a red data color display will be prompted, otherwise the actual value will be displayed in normal color;

Automatic linkage control function

When the SF6 gas concentration exceeds 1000ppm or the oxygen content is below 18.0%, the system automatically controls the start of ventilation until the SF6 concentration and oxygen content return to normal;

Timed ventilation function

The system can set 8 time periods for the fan to start and stop at regular intervals every day to ensure that indoor ventilation can be carried out as needed. The duration of fan start can be set;

Forced ventilation

When the fan is in a stopped state, press the main unit (start fan) button, and the system can perform forced ventilation; When the fan is in operation, pressing the host (stop fan) button will force the fan to shut down. The current fan operation status can be viewed in the bottom left corner of the screen;

Fire linkage function

The system has linkage with the fire protection system, and when it receives a fire alarm signal, it forcibly stops the fan from starting;

Display the latest start and stop time of the fan

If the fan has experienced a start/stop action, the detailed record of the fan start/stop action and action type (such as manual start, timed start, alarm linkage) will be recorded in the system host event log. The staff can use this information to determine whether forced ventilation is needed before entering the switch room.

Human infrared sensing voice prompt alarm function

When the on-site host detects environmental abnormalities, it will sound a voice prompt alarm to remind staff to evacuate the scene and investigate the leakage situation. Under normal circumstances, when personnel approach the host area within 8-12 meters, the host will automatically provide voice prompts for the current environmental status; And it has voice on/off function;

Remote control and alarm function

The on-site host provides four sets of alarm output nodes (one set of normally open passive dry contacts, one set of normally open pulse signals, one set of normally closed pulse signals, and one set of magnetic hold normally open signals), which act when SF6 concentration or oxygen content is abnormal, for users to use as needed;

Historical data query function

You can query the alarm history data of any time period by entering the historical data query interface in the menu item of the on-site host;

System self-test function

Design a separate self checking module on the internal hardware structure, which automatically resets and imports backup programs when abnormal or non normal operation of the main system program is detected, enabling the system to restore normal working status in a timely manner;

SF6 monitoring host

The SF6 monitoring host includes a CPU main control unit, an alarm unit, a communication unit, a display unit, and a ventilation control unit. By connecting with various detectors on site, the detection data transmitted by the detectors can be accurately received. Through calculation and analysis, it can determine whether it exceeds the standard. If it exceeds the standard, it will output actions such as sound and light alarm and start the fan. The host adopts a color touch screen to display real-time data measured on site. It can also work together with the keyboard to perform historical data query, system time setting, timed start fan setting and other operations. The operation interface is simple and friendly, and it also has the function of manually starting the fan. It adopts a wall mounted installation method.

SF6+O2 gas transmitter

The detector includes a sulfur hexafluoride detection unit, an oxygen detection unit, a temperature detection unit, and a communication unit. The detection of sulfur hexafluoride uses ultrasonic detection technology to overcome the disadvantages of short service life and poor stability. It can monitor the changes in SF6 gas concentration and oxygen content in the environment in real time, and transmit the detected data to the SF6 monitoring host through RS-485 bus.

Temperature and humidity transmitter

The temperature and humidity transmitter mainly consists of a temperature and humidity sensor, a communication unit, and a CPU main control unit. It can monitor the changes in temperature and humidity in the environment in real time and transmit the detected data to the SF6 monitoring host through the RS-485 bus.

LED display

The LED display screen includes a microcontroller control unit, an infrared sensing unit, a voice unit, a display unit, and a communication unit. It can accurately receive the latest data status of each detection point transmitted by the SF6 gas monitoring host and store it. If the data status is normal, it will display sulfur hexafluoride and oxygen as normal. When a staff member approaches, the infrared sensing unit can sense their approach, automatically activate the voice unit, and report the on-site situation. When the transmitted data exceeds the limit, an alarm will be displayed to remind the staff to pay attention to safety.

Fan controller

The fan controller includes a control unit and a communication unit. When the SF6 gas concentration and oxygen concentration exceed the standard, it can communicate with the SF6 monitoring host through the communication module, accurately receive the information transmitted by the SF6 monitoring host, start the fan output action, and perform ventilation treatment on site.

Acoustic-optic alarm light

Receive the signal transmitted by the SF6 monitoring host to activate the sound and light alarm, reminding the staff to pay attention to safety.
