The sheathed tubular electric heater consists of a heating core and a protective sleeve. The heating core uses a tubular electric heating element as the heat source, and the protective sleeve is made of thin stainless steel. It has a large heat dissipation area and fast heat transfer. The terminal device is divided into ordinary type (using iron stretched cup type cover) and special type (using bolt type explosion-proof device cover sealing). The special type has the requirements of meeting the explosion-proof mark dIICT4 and the protection level IP65 series standard.

Instructions for Use:
1. The working voltage shall not exceed 1.1 times its rated value, and the casing shall be grounded.
2. The dimension "B" in the picture should be fully immersed in oil (and checked regularly) to avoid burning out, and the heated oil should be free of corrosive gases.
3. The installation hole size of the tubular electric heater is 65mm.
4. This model of tubular electric heater is designed according to JB2379-78 flowing oil standard, with a surface load of 2-3.8 w/cm2 on the heater
5. When selecting, the size of the heater should be determined based on the actual size of the heating medium.
Note: The tubular electric heater can be directly mixed with SRY2 and SRY4 types.

The HRY14 tubular electric heater is an improved wiring device and heating structure based on the SRY2 ordinary tubular electric heater. It uses three heating tubes as a group, which greatly reduces the surface load of the heater and can directly replace the SRY2-SRY4 heater.

2. The electric heater is connected to the fuel tank container body via a flange, and a protective sheath isolates the heating element from the heated oil. When repairing the electric heater, there is no need to drain the oil from the fuel tank. Simply remove the heating element and replace it with a new one, making maintenance convenient.

3. When designing, the contact area between the sheath and the hot oil should be considered to prevent local carbonization of the oil due to high heating temperature. This type of heater is only suitable for heating heat transfer oil or oil with good heating effect and medium.
