It is equipped with multiple baffles (guide plates) in its inner cavity to guide the flow of gas and prolong the residence time of gas in the cavity, thereby fully heating the gas, uniformly heating it, and improving heat exchange efficiency.

Technical Features:

1. The heater control part is a * * instrument, and should be handled with care during transportation. It is strictly prohibited to impact or hit it.

2. The cylinder part should be lifted reasonably to avoid deformation and damage to the internal heating elements.

3. The heater and control cabinet are placed in the warehouse and are strictly prohibited from being exposed to rain.

Shield type heaterCommon faults and maintenance: Fault 1: The digital display does not work. Check if the air switch is closed and if the control circuit is intact. Fault 2: The heater temperature does not rise. Check if the fuse is intact and if the gas heater is damaged. Fault 3: Three phase imbalance. Check if the three-phase incoming voltage is missing phase. Open the protective cover of the air heater and use a multimeter to check if a single electric heating element is open circuited. For faults that cannot be resolved by oneself, skilled technicians should be hired to solve them (or consult our customer service personnel).
