The six axle beam transport artillery vehicle is a specially designed prefabricated beam transport machinery for the installation of highway bridges. Composed of two independent operating mechanisms (active vehicle and passive vehicle). The main vehicle is equipped with a four cylinder or six cylinder diesel engine that provides driving force for the entire vehicle through four levels of deceleration. The final drive is either wheel side large gears or planetary gear transmission. Set up hydraulic steering and air brake functions. Generally, there are multiple forward and reverse gears available. The auxiliary vehicle is equipped with a single cylinder diesel engine to provide power for hydraulic steering. The beam transport artillery vehicle has the functions of transporting beams and feeding beams to the bridge erecting machine, mainly suitable for bridge construction sites, prefabricated beam yards, etc.

Characteristics of Six Axis Beam Transport Vehicle
1. The whole vehicle runs very flexibly, achieving no or minimal sliding in smaller areas.

3. When the vehicle is used in conjunction with the bridge erecting machine to feed the beam, the support is transformed from a fixed three-point to a hyperstatic multi-point, greatly increasing the stability of the support and reducing the bending moment of the main beam of the frame;
4. In terms of safety, the entire vehicle is equipped with monitoring and alarm systems, emergency braking devices, limit devices, overload protection devices, and wind measurement and control devices for the working environment;
5. The beam transport vehicle is equipped with dual driver's cabins with identical configurations at both ends, which can travel in both directions. Operating inside the driver's cab allows for viewing of rich display information and a comprehensive understanding of the vehicle's condition.
