The HTRT-II transformer capacity characteristic tester is a multifunctional measuring instrument, equivalent to two types of testing instruments: active transformer capacity tester and transformer characteristic parameter tester. It can accurately measure a series of power frequency parameters such as capacity, type, no-load current, no-load loss, load loss, impedance voltage, etc. of various transformers.

All test results have been automatically calibrated. You only need to input relevant parameters (such as temperature, no-load correction factor, etc.), and the instrument will automatically perform various corrections such as waveform distortion correction, temperature correction, non rated voltage correction, non rated current correction, etc., making the test results more accurate

In the measurement of transformer characteristics, the maximum voltage range can reach 750V, the maximum current range can reach 100A, and there is an internal protection circuit. When measuring, there is no need to switch gears to ensure measurement accuracy, and there is no need to worry about burning out the instrument due to incorrect gear selection

During transformer characteristic testing, the voltage and current ranges can be easily and flexibly expanded by simply connecting external voltage and current transformers, greatly expanding the testing range of the instrument

Based on the no-load and load losses in the test results, the performance level of three-phase oil immersed distribution transformers and electrical transformers can be automatically estimated for on-site reference by the staff (currently, this instrument can only code the performance level of three-phase oil immersed transformer distribution transformers and electrical transformers. The inferred results are invalid for other types of transformers)
