In the design, flexible support legs are also configured. If the weight of the goods that need to be lifted is particularly special, we need to design the bearing capacity of the special support legs according to the needs. In the design and manufacturing process, the design can be based on the specific site environment. The length of the arm can be increased according to the site requirements, with a span range of 10-26 meters and a working environment temperature range of -25-+40 ℃. When the lifting capacity is less than 20t, the trolley adopts a vertical rolling wheel, and when it is greater than 20t, the trolley adopts a horizontal rolling wheel. It runs on one side of the main beam, which adopts a single beam offset rail form with A-shaped support legs. It has a large lifting space and strong over span ability, making it easy to transfer objects from the inside of the span to under the cantilever.

The large vehicle operating mechanism adopts a three in one drive device, and the length of the large vehicle's operating distance depends on the site design. The brake operating mechanism is designed rigorously, which can effectively avoid various potential operational hazards. The drive system is equipped with electric hoists, which can be CDI electric hoists or MDI electric hoists. Large tonnage gantry cranes can be driven by overhead cranes to move goods, with the characteristic of a large single load capacity.

Scope of application of flower frame gantry crane

The products of flower frame gantry cranes have many uses, such as loading and unloading operations in material yards, railway freight stations, port cargo areas, etc. They can also be used in conjunction with other tools for special operations. There are two ways of operation: indoor and outdoor.

1. Maintenance and upkeep of transmission mechanism

When maintaining and servicing the transmission mechanism, attention should be paid to the inspection of the motor to prevent water or oil from entering during rotation, ensure that the waterproof performance of the motor's connecting holes and junction boxes is good, and ensure that the motor is used under a power supply higher than 85% of the rated voltage. Whenever the seasons change, it is necessary to replace the lubricating oil for the gearbox. When adding lubricating oil to the gearbox, it is necessary to ensure good sealing and proper operation to avoid excessive oil and loose fasteners. In addition, it is necessary to judge whether there are cracks in the wheels, usually using a small hammer tapping method, and to inspect the rolling surface of the wheels. The wear degree should not reach 10%, the wheel rim should not reach 55%, and the diameter error of the paired active wheel should not exceed 0.1% of the nominal diameter. Once exceeded, adjustment or replacement should be given.

2. Maintenance and upkeep of metal components

A detailed inspection should be conducted on the main areas of the crane that are subjected to concentrated forces, as these areas are prone to damage and require special attention, such as the connection between the legs and the main beam, the bearing box of the bottom crossbeam, and the connection between the legs and the crossbeam. In addition, due to the frequent exposure of metal components outdoors, it is necessary to remove rust and apply new paint every year, which can effectively extend the service life of metal components. At the same time, if the corrosion level of metal components reaches 10%, they need to be scrapped. When the span of the main beam reaches 1%, repair can be attempted, and if not, they will also be scrapped.

3. Maintenance of electrical components and circuits

When maintaining electrical components and circuits, it is necessary to clean the dust on the electrical switches at all times to ensure good contact with the circuits and avoid short circuits that may affect the normal operation of the crane. The working frequency of the contactor is frequent and directly affected by the working frequency of the crane. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the contactor contacts are flat and clean in order to be more flexible and reliable; At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the gear position of the crane controller is clear and visible, and the operation is flexible, making it more reliable to operate; In addition, it is necessary to ensure that the connection between the electric motor and the electrical control equipment of the crane is normal, and that the grounding bolts of the electrical control equipment are tightened. Any problems should be replaced in a timely manner. The wires and metal pipes of the crane should be regularly inspected for corrosion and repainted to prevent further corrosion. Corresponding rainproof measures should be taken to avoid corrosion as much as possible.
