Dimension ® Edge ™ Atomic force microscopy adopts the latest technology, and its instrument performance, testing functions, and operability are at the highest level among similar products. It is the most cost-effective closed-loop scanning atomic force microscope in the Dimension series. The patented sensor design significantly reduces noise and drift, achieving both closed-loop accuracy and open-loop noise levels. It achieves imaging performance of small sample stage AFM on large sample stage AFM.

1. Mainly used for measuring the nanoscale surface morphology and roughness of materials, as well as testing the surface mechanical properties, electrical, magnetic, and electrochemical physical characteristics of nanomaterials;
