Overview

In the blowing stage of nitrogen fertilizer production, the chemical reaction between carbon and oxygen releases a large amount of heat, which is stored in the fuel layer to provide heat for the gas production reaction. In order to obtain more heat in the coal seam, carbon dioxide is generated as much as possible, while producing a small amount of carbon monoxide. In the nitrogen fertilizer production process, the blowing gas is directly discharged through the chimney after passing through the blowing air waste heat boiler. The blowing gas waste heat boiler recovers the waste heat from nitrogen fertilizer production and reutilizes it, which significantly reduces the production cost of enterprises and achieves good energy-saving effects.

Working principle

The blown air waste heat boilers are respectively led out from the dust collectors of the chimneys of gas making furnaces 1-6. They pass through the blown air recovery valve and water seal pipe, enter the burner through the blown air main pipe, and mix with the air from the second air preheater. They enter the upper part of the combustion chamber and burn together with the release gas. The high-temperature flue gas after combustion enters the tubes of the second air waste heat boiler, exchanges heat with the air inside the tubes, and the gas enters the waste heat boiler, producing 3.82MPa steam that enters the steam turbine for power generation. After further cooling, the flue gas enters the first air preheater, and the heat exchanged gas is sent to the chimney for exhaust through the induced draft fan.

The blow air waste heat boiler has a total of 13 quick opening ports, and the quality of production is crucial, especially the self weight explosion-proof holes, which require sufficient weight. When the blow air pulse is large, frequent switching and strict sealing are required.

Performance characteristics

The waste heat system of the blown air waste heat boiler mainly consists of heating surfaces such as water-cooled screen, superheater, convection tube bundle, economizer, and air preheater, and has the following product advantages:

1. A water-cooled screen is installed in front of the superheater of the waste heat boiler for blowing air, which plays a role in evenly distributing the unstable flue gas flow generated by the combustion of the blowing air, making the heat transfer of the superheater uniform. At the same time, it cuts off the radiation heat of the combustion furnace, providing protection for the superheater and preventing local overheating of the superheater;

2. The blown air waste heat boiler adopts a horizontal tunnel straight through layout, which can automatically clean the dust by utilizing its own weight, maintain the cleanliness of the heating surface, and improve the heat transfer efficiency of the boiler;

3. The water capacity of the upper drum is large, therefore it has a large heat capacity and a large thermal hysteresis. In the case of large fluctuations in the inlet flue gas volume between peaks and valleys, it ensures stable steam parameters and is easy to operate;

4. All pressure components of the blow air waste heat boiler adopt a hanging structure to ensure free expansion and minimize the influence of weld fatigue stress, resulting in high operational safety;

5. The waste heat boiler for blowing air adopts a special sealing device to reduce air leakage and improve the efficiency of the boiler;

6. It is easy to adjust the smoke speed, so that the smoke speed in each section is uniform, and the arrangement of the heating surface in each section is more reasonable to prevent dust accumulation The problems of square wear and tear have been solved, ensuring the safety and reliability of the boiler heating surface and a long operating life;

7. Low smoke resistance, low air resistance, high efficiency, and significant skill effects;

8. Due to the transverse flushing of flue gas on the heating surface, the heat transfer effect is good, the heat transfer coefficient is high, and the boiler structure is compact;

9. The convection tube bundle adopts an assembled structure, with a short installation cycle and low cost. At the same time, vertical waste heat boilers have the characteristics of small footprint, low civil engineering investment, high heat exchange efficiency, and strong self dust removal capacity.
