A waste heat boiler, as the name suggests, refers to a boiler that uses the heat generated by the combustion of waste heat and combustible substances in various industrial processes to heat water to a certain working medium. In fact, energy conservation is one of the key factors for a country to achieve sustainable development. The consumption of industrial energy in China accounts for the largest share of the overall cost, while the effective utilization rate of energy is only about 30%. Considering economic benefits, the promotion of energy-saving equipment is an essential measure. At present, the design and development of domestic waste heat energy-saving boilers have gradually matured.
Shell and tube waste heat boiler is an auxiliary equipment that comprehensively utilizes the waste heat of industrial furnaces. It absorbs the waste heat (or waste heat) from the discharged flue gas to produce steam and reduce the temperature of the flue gas.
1. High heat transfer coefficient, good performance of shell and tube waste heat boiler, compact equipment, small volume, low cost of shell and tube waste heat boiler, and small installation space.
2. By adjusting the heat transfer area between the cold and hot media according to the specific operating conditions of the equipment, the surface temperature distribution of the heat transfer elements can be changed, successfully avoiding low-temperature acid dew point corrosion.
3. Two types of media are used to achieve secondary wall heat transfer, and the fluids are not in series with each other. If one or more heat pipes are damaged, it does not affect the continuous and stable operation of the equipment.
4. Both media pass through the outside of the heat pipe, with a single return operation and low medium resistance.
5. According to the characteristics of the flue gas, adjust the medium flow rate reasonably to achieve a self-cleaning shell and tube waste heat boiler when the medium passes through the surface of the heat pipe, without scaling or blockage.
6. The minimum temperature difference required for heat transfer between media is small, which can achieve low-temperature recovery of waste heat.
7. The heat pipe is fixed at a single point on the inner cylinder wall (steam drum) and freely suspended in the flue gas channel, with unrestricted thermal expansion and contraction, no stress damage, and a long service life.
