The carbon kiln waste heat boiler of Zhengguo Group adopts a vertical inverted II structure, with a novel furnace layout and advanced performance, which is the first of its kind in China. The dusty flue gas is discharged outside the furnace after passing through the slag condenser, superheater, convection tube bundle, and steel tube economizer. The boiler slag pipe is formed by thinning the front water-cooled wall. The superheater is a horizontally suspended structure, divided into a high temperature section and a low temperature section, with an intermediate cooling arrangement. The convection tube bundle is arranged in a sequential manner. The use of two intermediate baffles in the flue gas to increase the velocity of the flue gas and form lateral flushing has improved the heat transfer capacity of the convective tube bundle. The economizer adopts boiler serpentine tubes arranged horizontally in a staggered manner. The middle part of the water cooling system is a membrane water-cooled wall partition, which not only increases the heating surface but also improves the sealing and safety performance. The front and rear water-cooled walls also adopt membrane water-cooled walls. Performance characteristics

2. 3. The boiler adopts a membrane water-cooled wall structure, which has high heat transfer efficiency and good sealing performance, solving the disadvantages of traditional boilers such as large air leakage, high heat dissipation loss, and high system energy consumption.

4. The boiler adopts the principle of inertial separation to achieve two-stage gas solid separation inside the furnace, which solves the disadvantages of traditional boilers relying solely on natural settling of fly ash, low dust removal efficiency, and serious environmental pollution.

5. The boiler is equipped with a patented fully automatic acoustic soot blower, which effectively reduces the pollution of fly ash on the heating surface of the boiler, thereby maximizing the boiler's service life, ensuring boiler efficiency, and solving the disadvantages of traditional boilers that rely on vibration cleaning or steam soot blowing, which can easily cause damage and wear to pressure parts.

6. The lower part of the boiler ash hopper adopts a two-stage air lock to achieve flue gas side sealing and fully automatic ash cleaning, which solves the disadvantages of traditional boilers relying on manual ash cleaning, such as low efficiency and high labor intensity.
