The waste heat system of the three waste mixed combustion waste heat boiler and the blowing gas waste heat boiler mainly consists of heating surfaces such as water-cooled screen, superheater, convection tube bundle, economizer, and air preheater. Based on the characteristics of waste heat flue gas in this industry, our company has developed two main types of waste heat boilers for the fertilizer and chemical (especially methanol, ethanol, formaldehyde, and synthetic ammonia) industries: vertical and tunnel kiln horizontal natural circulation waste heat boilers. The three waste mixed combustion waste heat boiler and blowing gas waste heat boiler are typical energy-saving equipment for the circular economy in the chemical industry. They are integrated with the three waste mixed combustion furnace and blowing gas furnace, enabling production enterprises to fully realize "two coal to one coal" and "two furnaces to one furnace", generating huge economic and environmental benefits for enterprises, truly achieving safety, environmental protection, increased production, increased efficiency, and savings.
The waste heat system of the chemical three waste mixed combustion waste heat boiler mainly consists of heating surfaces such as water-cooled screen, superheater, convection tube bundle, economizer, and air preheater, and has the following product advantages:
1. A water-cooled screen is installed in front of the boiler superheater to evenly distribute the unstable flue gas flow generated by the combustion of unstable blowing air, ensuring uniform heat transfer in the superheater. At the same time, the radiant heat from the combustion furnace is cut off, providing protection for the superheater and preventing local overheating;
2. The boiler adopts a horizontal tunnel straight through layout, which can automatically clean the dust by utilizing its own weight, maintain the cleanliness of the heating surface, and improve the heat transfer efficiency of the boiler;
3. The drum has a large water capacity, therefore it has a large heat capacity and a large thermal hysteresis. It ensures stable steam parameters and easy operation even when the inlet flue gas volume fluctuates greatly between peaks and valleys;
4. All pressure bearing components of the boiler adopt a hanging structure to ensure free expansion and minimize the influence of welding fatigue stress, resulting in high operational safety;
5. The boiler adopts a special sealing device to reduce air leakage and improve the efficiency of the boiler;
6. It is easy to adjust the smoke speed to make the smoke speed uniform in each section, and to make the layout of each heating surface more reasonable. Problems such as dust accumulation and wear are solved, ensuring the safety and reliability of the boiler heating surface and a long operating life;
7. Low smoke resistance, low air resistance, high efficiency, and significant energy-saving effect;
8. Due to the transverse flushing of flue gas on the heating surface, the heat transfer effect is good, the heat transfer coefficient is high, and the boiler structure is compact;
9. The convection tube bundle adopts an assembled structure, with a short installation cycle and low cost. At the same time, vertical waste heat boilers have the characteristics of small footprint, low civil engineering investment, high heat exchange efficiency, and strong self dust removal capacity.
