With the rapid development of production and the rapid rise of the economy, China has entered the ranks of high-yielding countries for urban household waste. According to a survey of 418 large and medium-sized cities, the garbage production in Chinese cities is increasing at a rate of 10% per year. The long-term open-air dumping of garbage has posed a significant threat and harm to the atmospheric environment and occupies valuable land resources. Simple landfill treatment cannot cope with the pollution of hazardous chemical, medical pathogens, animal carcasses and other garbage to the environment and groundwater. Therefore, it is imperative to carry out high-temperature incineration treatment on most of the garbage that is not suitable for landfill treatment, and recover heat energy for power generation or public heating. The Zheng Guo hazardous waste heat recovery system refers to a hazardous waste incineration waste heat boiler that is matched with hazardous waste, medical waste and other waste incineration equipment, and uses the heat generated by the exhaust gas of the waste incineration equipment to generate rated parameter steam. The hazardous waste incineration waste heat boilers and medical waste waste heat boilers developed by our company mainly come in two categories: water tube type and smoke tube type. Working principle

The hazardous waste incineration waste heat boiler overcomes the problems of large changes in flue gas flow velocity, low radiation heat transfer efficiency, high flue gas outlet temperature, and low effective utilization rate in the existing technology for hazardous waste incineration waste heat boilers. The hazardous waste incineration waste heat boiler includes a furnace body and a drum installed on the furnace body. The furnace body is a fully water-cooled wall sealed structure, and the front wall membrane wall, at least two middle partition wall membrane walls, rear wall membrane wall, top membrane wall, and two side wall membrane walls together form several vertical shaft flues. The upper part of the front wall membrane wall is equipped with a flue gas inlet, and the upper part of the rear wall membrane wall is equipped with a flue gas outlet. The bottom of the furnace body is equipped with a flue gas settling chamber and a ash removal port. The first vertical shaft at the front end of the furnace body is a vertical shaft. The second vertical shaft flue is a radiant heating surface flue, At the rear end of the second vertical shaft flue, convection evaporation tube bundles are installed inside the vertical shaft flue. This boiler has high heat transfer efficiency and better dust removal effect.

1. The boiler adopts a vertical layout, with compact component structure and small footprint.

2. The boiler adopts a full membrane water-cooled wall structure, which has high heat transfer efficiency and good sealing performance, solving the disadvantages of traditional boilers such as large air leakage, high heat dissipation loss, and high system energy consumption.

3. The boiler adopts the principle of inertial separation to achieve two-stage gas solid separation inside the furnace, which solves the disadvantages of traditional boilers relying solely on natural settling of fly ash, low dust removal efficiency, and serious pollution.

4. The membrane water-cooled wall of the boiler adopts a fully suspended structure, which is conducive to the expansion of the boiler and has high safety.

5. The membrane water-cooled wall adopts a rigid beam fixed structure around it, which has anti explosion characteristics and a large safety margin in the boiler furnace.

6. The boiler is equipped with a fully automatic shock wave soot blower with proprietary technology, which effectively reduces the pollution of fly ash on the heating surface of the boiler, thereby maximizing the boiler's service life, ensuring boiler efficiency, and solving the shortcomings of traditional boilers that rely on shock cleaning or steam soot blowing, which can easily cause damage and wear to pressure parts.

7. The lower part of the boiler ash hopper adopts a closed ash discharge device, which realizes the closure of the flue gas side and fully automatic ash cleaning, solving the disadvantages of traditional boilers relying on manual ash cleaning, such as low efficiency and high labor intensity.
