1. The shell is processed and formed by advanced processing equipment, and the material is SUS # 304 stainless steel grit plate or A3 cold-rolled steel plate electrostatically sprayed.

2. The testing space of the test chamber is made of stainless steel and manufactured using leak proof welding technology. The testing space of the test box is equipped with sample rack support shelves, suitable for inserting sample racks, and the height can be adjusted.

3. There is a double-layer silicone rubber gasket between the test space and the test chamber door, which can effectively enhance the airtightness of the test chamber during normal operation.

4. Use tight aluminum silicate cotton to isolate the outer shell of the test box from the test space, ensuring the accuracy of the test.

5. The box is equipped with a lead hole with a diameter of 50mm located on the left side.

6. The test chamber is equipped with one or two axial flow fans (according to the volume of the test space) in the test space, and the axial flow fans circulate the air in the test chamber test space.

7. The internal air circulation of the test chamber adopts a multi wing air supply fan for strong air circulation, avoiding any dead corners and ensuring even temperature and humidity distribution in the testing area; The design of air circulation for air outlet and return ensures that the wind pressure and speed meet the testing standards, and can quickly stabilize the temperature and humidity at the moment of opening the door.
