Integral ® software
IllumiaPro3-UV 2600-015 comes with Integral software, which provides a powerful but easy-to-use menu driven operating environment. It allows users to control LED temperature and operating current within a specified range. This control enables the software to measure and characterize the device under test (DUT) over a wide temperature range. The system software automates the program for measuring spectral characteristics and controlling current and temperature. The software simultaneously collects electrical, optical, and thermal data, which are displayed and viewed in graphical form on the screen or can be exported for further analysis.

IllumiaPro3-UV LED LIVT testing
By independently controlling and testing the forward and reverse voltage, driving current, and temperature of the LED, as well as utilizing the illomiaPro3-UV LIVT scanning function for lumens, the characteristics of the LED are comprehensively characterized.
